Affiliate disclosure

Deck & Deep is reader-supported. When you buy through some links on this site, we may earn a commission. You don't pay anything extra.

Which links earn money

Links marked as "check current price" or that point to a retailer or brand store may be affiliate links. They may include:

Amazon. As an Amazon Associate, Deck & Deep earns from qualifying purchases.
Brand and retailer programs that pay a percentage of sales made through our links. These may include robotic-cleaner makers and online pool supply retailers.

Affiliate links on this site are marked in the page code with rel="sponsored nofollow", in line with search-engine guidance for paid links.

We decide what to recommend before we look at whether a product has an affiliate program.
We point out when buying from a local dealer gets you a better warranty than buying online, even though we earn nothing on dealer purchases.
We don't accept payment for reviews, rankings or placement.
We don't pay for ads that send people to affiliate links, and we don't offer incentives for clicking.

Guides are research-based unless explicitly labeled hands-on tested. See how we review.
